No, Tech Perks is completely free for all members and organizations.

How quickly will my order ship once placed?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from order placement.

Could I cancel my order?

It is very important to us to begin processing your order as soon as possible ensuring timely delivery for your convenience. With that goal in mind, we are unable to change or cancel any orders once they are placed.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Tech Perks offers several shipping methods for your convenience. All orders will ship within one to two business days of the order being placed.

  • Economy - 6 to 10 Business Days
  • Standard - 4 to 6 Business Days
  • Express - 3 to 4 Business Days
  • Overnight - 2 to 3 Business Days

How do I track my order?

All orders that are shipped have a tracking number which is emailed as soon as the order ships. If you do not have your tracking number or you may have forgotten your order number please feel free to Contact Us and we will be happy to help you locate your shipment.

What is your warranty period?

Quality is important to us and we only sell products of the highest standard. Tech Perks warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days. If you find any defects in your product we will exchange them or refund your purchase at no cost to you.
Outside of the 30-day return window please contact the manufacturer with any warranty-related issues.
