Shipping Rates & Order Processing

Free shipping offer is limited to standard ground shipping and is valid only in the 48 contiguous states of the United States on orders equal to or exceeding $45.00. Free shipping is available for Economy shipping method only which may include shipping services such as USPS and UPS Mail Innovations, depending on the recipient's shipping address.

All orders will ship within one to two business days of the order being placed.

Due to lithium-based battery shipping restrictions, some products can only be shipped via ground shipping methods. If the final ship-to address cannot be shipped via a ground shipping method it is subject to cancellation.

All orders placed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.s are only shipped with USPS and may not be expedited.

    Shipping Internationally

    Please note due to COVID-19 there may be some restrictions to shipping in your area at this time. All unrestricted International orders are shipped via USPS International or FedEx International and deliveries may also be delayed due to COVID-19. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on weight and location when you place your order online. You will be able to view the cost before you submit your final order. Tech Perks has no control over the cost of duties and taxes that are imposed upon import to any country outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments.

    Shipping to an APO Address

    By utilizing UPS Mail Innovations, Tech Perks is able to offer shipping to military addresses. Please allow 14-22 business days for delivery.

    Backorders

    If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information 1 –2 days thereafter.
